What partners manage in the portal

  • Lead registration: submit prospects; VirtusNova notifies you when a lead is Approved for the program.
  • Marketing assets: access VirtusNova marketing materials and technical details aligned to allowed use in the agreement.

  • Who qualifies as a Partner. In the agreement, a Partner is a company VirtusNova has accepted into the program. Most teams start with an application in the Partner Portal; others may already meet the VirtusNova Agency Certification path described there. Once you are in, you keep an active portal account so you can sign in anytime for leads, materials, and program updates.
  • Qualified leads & tiers. Partner share and tier status depend on approved leads, engagement milestones, and contribution metrics defined in the agreement.
  • Branding rules: how you may present yourself as a VirtusNova Partner, badge use, and restrictions on ads and unofficial content.

Two ways to enter the program

Register

Start with a short online application in the Partner Portal. Tell us about the clients and regions you support. We review fit and capacity, then walk you through onboarding and open the portal tools you need once you are approved.

Agency Certification

Companies that completed the VirtusNova Agency Certification and were accepted may participate without repeating the same application flow. Portal access still must stay active.

What defines a “Partner” in the VirtusNova Partner Program?
Under the agreement, a Partner is a company that (i) applied via Partner Portal registration at /register (or previously completed the VirtusNova Agency Certification) and was accepted by VirtusNova, and (iii) maintains an active account in the Partner Portal at affiliates.virtusnova.marketing (sign in at /login).
Where is the Partner Program Agreement?

How do lead registration and approval work?
You submit leads through the Partner Portal. VirtusNova accepts or rejects registrations at its discretion, subject to the general criteria in the agreement (for example duplication, existing sales activity, and lead quotas). Approved leads expire after the period stated in the agreement unless extended in writing.
When is partner share earned?
Partner share depends on tier status, tax documentation, approved leads that progress to eligible closed subscriptions, and the customer’s first payment, plus the other eligibility tests listed in the agreement. VirtusNova may also adjust or split share when multiple partners contribute.
Can we run paid search ads for VirtusNova?
The agreement prohibits using VirtusNova’s name or product names in Google Ads or other pay-per-click promotions. Follow the branding and marketing policies provided in the Partner Portal.
What happens if we stop participating?
Either party may terminate with notice; VirtusNova may also terminate immediately for serious breaches. After termination you must stop using partner branding, the portal, and VirtusNova marketing materials. Exact obligations are listed in the agreement’s termination section.
