VirtusNova Web Application Responsiveness Terms

These VirtusNova Web Application Responsiveness Terms (“Responsiveness Terms”) govern your (“you” or “Subscriber”) use of the VirtusNova web application (“Web Application”) when accessed through mobile devices. VirtusNova does not offer a separate mobile application. Any reference to “Mobile Application” within VirtusNova documentation or communication solely refers to the responsive design of the Web Application when accessed via a mobile device.

1. Responsiveness Disclaimer

VirtusNova does not warrant or guarantee the responsiveness, compatibility, or usability of the Web Application on mobile or tablet devices. The Web Application is primarily designed and optimized for use on desktop screens. While the Web Application may function on mobile devices to varying degrees, this is not an intended or fully supported use case.

2. License and Usage

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the Web Application on any device you own or control. However, you acknowledge that the Web Application’s performance may vary depending on the device, operating system, or browser used.

3. No Mobile App Support

VirtusNova does not offer a dedicated mobile application for download from any App Distributor (e.g., Apple Store or Google Play). Consequently, no support, updates, or maintenance obligations exist concerning mobile application compatibility or mobile-specific features.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Access

VirtusNova is not responsible for any issues related to accessing the Web Application through mobile devices, including but not limited to:

• Browser compatibility issues;
• Screen resolution or display limitations;
• Inconsistent performance across different mobile operating systems;
• Data usage or wireless connectivity issues.

   

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirtusNova disclaims any liability for damages or performance issues arising from the use of the Web Application on mobile devices. Any issues related to device compatibility or responsiveness are not grounds for warranty claims or refunds.

6. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

You agree to comply with any third-party terms of service that apply when using the Web Application through a mobile device (e.g., terms set by your internet service provider or browser manufacturer).

7. Feedback and Issues

If you encounter issues when using the Web Application on a mobile device, you may report them to info@virtusnova.com, but VirtusNova makes no commitment to resolve mobile-specific problems.

8. No Third-Party Beneficiary Rights

No external entities, including device manufacturers or platform providers, shall have any rights under these Responsiveness Terms.
